01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "365pkr" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://365pkr.bet and all associated services, platforms, and products offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the 365pkr website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://365pkr.bet.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the 365pkr Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the 365pkr Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 365pkr balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated.

02 Acceptance of Terms

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 365pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

365pkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 365pkr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 365pkr account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You further agree to promptly update this information should any of it change.

365pkr may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

• All registration information is subject to verification against third-party identity databases.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 365pkr may require enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts that reach certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds.

05 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 365pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

365pkr strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform or service.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 365pkr support immediately at [email protected]. 365pkr shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

06 Deposits

All deposits on the 365pkr Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365pkr supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and QR Pay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via mobile wallets such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 365pkr account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 365pkr does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• 365pkr reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund your account.
• Deposit bonuses, where applicable, will be credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotional terms published at the time of the promotion.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 365pkr are processed subject to identity verification, active wagering requirement satisfaction on any bonus funds, and compliance with 365pkr's anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other institutions are typically processed within one to two business days.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• 365pkr charges no withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All withdrawals are subject to a compliance review. 365pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 365pkr reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct a full account review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

365pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus terms applicable across all 365pkr promotions include the following:

• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been depleted unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms.

09 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 365pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Cricket betting, being the primary sportsbook vertical on 365pkr, is governed by our Cricket Betting Rules. All rules are published on the relevant section of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on 365pkr:

• A bet is considered accepted only when 365pkr's system has confirmed the wager and a bet ID has been issued.
• 365pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. 365pkr shall not be liable for connection failures or delays that affect the placement of in-play wagers.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your real money balance immediately upon settlement.
• Any attempt to exploit arbitrage opportunities, technical errors, or system glitches in the sportsbook will result in bet voidance and may lead to account suspension.
• PSL and other Pakistani domestic cricket tournament betting markets are subject to additional event-specific rules published on the Platform during the relevant tournament period.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 365pkr Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing arcade games such as Cannon Fishing, and specialty games such as Lucky Neko — are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

Each game operates on a random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, on a live dealing process conducted by professional dealers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for certified slot titles is publicly available within each game's information panel.

• 365pkr cannot be held responsible for malfunctions or interruptions in any game caused by a failure of the third-party game provider's systems.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365pkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365pkr or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 365pkr.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 365pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

365pkr's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 365pkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Responsible Gaming

365pkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only and is available exclusively to players aged 21 and above.

365pkr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

• A competent regulatory or law enforcement authority has instructed 365pkr to take such action.

Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with 365pkr's standard procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that are associated with a breach will be forfeited in full.

You may also voluntarily close your 365pkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Amendments to These Terms

365pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification. However, for minor changes such as typographical corrections or clarifications, notice may not be provided in advance.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365pkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to 365pkr's internal complaints process by contacting our support team in writing.
